NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
A purchase or payment of any kind is not required to enter or win.
Purchasing or preordering an Escape Room Advent Calendar does not automatically enter you into this Sweepstakes and does not increase your chances of winning.
A separate valid Sweepstakes entry must be submitted as described below.

Hereafter referred to as the “Sponsor.”
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 14 years old at the time of entry.
Entrants who have not reached the age of majority in their state of residence must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
If a potential winner is a minor in their state of residence, their parent or legal guardian may be required to verify eligibility, accept the prize on their behalf, provide a valid shipping address, and complete any documents reasonably required by the Sponsor.
Employees, owners, contractors, and members of the immediate family or household of Locked In Escape Rooms LLC are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at:
12:00 AM Eastern Time on October 1, 2026
and ends at:
11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 31, 2026.
Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.
A potential Primary Winner will be selected on or about:
November 1, 2026.
The confirmed winner will be announced after eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the official Locked In Escape Room Advent Calendar Giveaway page during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry form.
Each entrant must provide:
First name
Last name
Valid email address
Referral information, if applicable
Confirmation that the entrant meets the age requirements
Agreement to these Official Sweepstakes Rules
LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.
Each entrant must use a valid email address belonging to or available to that entrant.
Submitting multiple forms does not provide additional chances of winning.
Duplicate, automated, fabricated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
MINOR ENTRANTS
Entrants who are under the age of majority in their state of residence represent that they have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Sweepstakes.
If a minor is selected as a potential winner, the Sponsor may require confirmation from the entrant’s parent or legal guardian before the entrant can be confirmed as a winner.
Where appropriate, a prize awarded to a minor may be delivered to or accepted by the minor’s parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Entrants may refer as many eligible people as they would like during the Sweepstakes Period.
There is no maximum number of referrals.
To identify a referrer, a referred entrant must indicate on the entry form that they were referred and provide:
The referrer’s name; and
The same email address the referrer used when submitting their own Sweepstakes entry.
The person identified as the referrer must have submitted their own valid Sweepstakes entry during the Sweepstakes Period.
REFERRALS DO NOT CREATE ADDITIONAL DRAWING ENTRIES.
Every eligible entrant receives one entry in the Primary Winner drawing regardless of how many people they refer.
Instead, referrals create additional possible ways for a referrer to receive the Referral Prize.
If an entrant is selected as the Primary Winner and that entrant properly identified an eligible referrer, the qualifying referrer will also receive an Escape Room Advent Calendar.
For example:
If you refer 20 people, you do not receive 20 additional entries in the drawing.
However, if any one of those 20 eligible people is selected as the Primary Winner and properly identified you as their referrer, they receive a calendar and you receive one too.
SELF-REFERRALS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
An entrant may identify only one referrer.
Referral information must truthfully identify the person who actually referred the entrant.
Fake accounts, fabricated email addresses, bots, automated entries, fraudulent referrals, or other attempts to manipulate the referral system may result in disqualification.
Minor typographical differences may be resolved by the Sponsor in good faith. The email address submitted for the referrer will be the primary information used to verify the referral.

PRIMARY PRIZE
One confirmed Primary Winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value:

Standard shipping to a valid address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia is included at no cost to the winner.
REFERRAL PRIZE
If the confirmed Primary Winner properly identified an eligible referrer, the qualifying referrer will also receive:

MINIMUM TOTAL PRIZE VALUE

MAXIMUM TOTAL PRIZE VALUE

If the Primary Winner does not have a qualifying referrer, only the Primary Prize will be awarded.
No purchase, payment, shipping fee, or processing fee is required to claim a prize.
ENTRANTS WHO ALREADY PURCHASED A CALENDAR
Purchasing or preordering an Escape Room Advent Calendar:
Does not constitute a Sweepstakes entry;
Does not provide an additional entry;
Does not improve the odds of winning; and
Does not affect the random-selection process.
A person who has purchased or preordered a calendar must still separately submit a valid Sweepstakes entry to participate.
If a confirmed prize recipient previously purchased a qualifying Escape Room Advent Calendar directly from Locked In Escape Rooms, the Sponsor may fulfill that prize by refunding the amount actually paid for one qualifying calendar purchase, up to $70, instead of providing an additional calendar.
Only one calendar purchase may be refunded for each prize awarded.
WINNER SELECTION
After the Sweepstakes closes, Sponsor will review entries and remove entries that are duplicate, incomplete, ineligible, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid under these Official Rules.
Each remaining eligible entrant will receive an equal chance of being selected.
Sponsor intends to assign each eligible entry a unique identifying number.
Those numbers may then be placed on substantially identical slips, mixed together, and one slip selected at random in a physical drawing.
Sponsor may record the random drawing for transparency.
If circumstances make that method impractical, Sponsor may use another neutral random-selection method that provides each eligible entry an equal chance of selection.
The entrant corresponding to the selected number will be considered the Potential Primary Winner, subject to verification.
The Potential Primary Winner is not officially confirmed until Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
REFERRAL WINNER
After the Primary Winner is verified, Sponsor will review the referral information included with the winning entry.
If the winning entrant properly identified a referrer and that referrer:
Submitted their own valid Sweepstakes entry;
Meets all eligibility requirements;
Was not self-referred;
Matches the referral information provided by the Primary Winner; and
Otherwise complies with these Official Rules,
that person will be confirmed as the Referral Winner and will receive the Referral Prize.
If the referral information is missing, invalid, fraudulent, or cannot reasonably be verified, the Primary Winner will still receive their prize but no Referral Prize will be awarded.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of being selected as the Primary Winner depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each eligible entrant has one equal chance of being selected in the Primary Winner drawing.
The possibility of receiving the Referral Prize depends on the number of eligible entrants who identify that person as their referrer and whether one of those entrants is selected as the Primary Winner.
Purchasing or preordering a product does not affect the odds of winning.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The Potential Primary Winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with their Sweepstakes entry.
The Potential Primary Winner must respond within 48 hours of the Sponsor’s initial notification unless Sponsor provides a different deadline in the notification.
Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to verify:
Identity;
Age;
State of residence;
Eligibility;
Parent or guardian permission, if applicable; and
Compliance with these Official Rules.
If the Potential Primary Winner:
Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within the required time;
Is determined to be ineligible;
Declines the prize;
Provides false information; or
Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the Potential Primary Winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The same verification requirements apply to a potential Referral Winner.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Sponsor intends to conduct the winner drawing on or about November 1, 2026.
A confirmed winner may be announced through:
Locked In Escape Rooms’ website;
Email;
Facebook;
Instagram;
TikTok; and/or
Other Locked In Escape Rooms marketing channels.
Sponsor may identify a confirmed winner by first name, last initial, and state of residence.
If a winner is a minor, public identification may be subject to parent or legal guardian approval where required.
Private information such as an entrant’s email address, street address, or telephone number will not be included in a public winner announcement.
ESCAPE ROOM ADVENT CALENDAR PREORDERS
Escape Room Advent Calendar preorders are currently scheduled to remain open through:
November 10, 2026.
Therefore, entrants who are not selected as winners are expected to have an opportunity to preorder a calendar after the winner drawing.
Preorder availability is separate from the Sweepstakes and remains subject to product availability and the applicable terms of sale.
The Sweepstakes does not guarantee future inventory or product availability.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
A valid email address is required so Sponsor can:
Administer the Sweepstakes;
Confirm entries;
Verify referrals;
Contact potential winners; and
Provide information related to the promotion.
Entrants may also receive communications from Locked In Escape Rooms regarding the Sweepstakes, Escape Room Advent Calendar, escape rooms, promotions, news, and other Locked In products or offers.
Marketing emails will provide a method to unsubscribe from future marketing communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications after submitting a valid Sweepstakes entry does not cancel the entry or reduce the entrant’s chances of winning.
Sponsor may retain the entrant’s Sweepstakes entry information as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes even if the entrant unsubscribes from marketing communications.
USE OF ENTRY INFORMATION
Information submitted through the Sweepstakes form may be used by Sponsor to:
Operate and administer the Sweepstakes;
Verify eligibility;
Verify referrals;
Contact potential winners;
Deliver prizes;
Prevent fraud or abuse;
Maintain Sweepstakes records; and
Communicate with entrants as described in these Official Rules.
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate information.
Sponsor is not responsible for inability to contact an entrant because of an incorrect, inaccessible, invalid, or misspelled email address submitted by the entrant.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who attempts to:
Submit multiple entries;
Create fraudulent or fictitious entries;
Submit fake referrals;
Manipulate the referral system;
Use automated entry methods or bots;
Interfere with the random drawing;
Misrepresent their identity or eligibility;
Interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes; or
Violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject otherwise valid entries.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, website failure, natural disaster, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner through a fair random drawing from eligible entries received before the problem occurred.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes are nontransferable except at Sponsor’s discretion.
No cash alternative is available except for the qualifying preorder-refund procedure specifically described in these Official Rules.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations arising from acceptance of a prize are the responsibility of the prize recipient where applicable.
Sponsor will not require a winner to pay any fee, shipping charge, processing charge, or other payment to receive the prize.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Locked In Escape Rooms LLC and its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, inaccessible, misdirected, or technically failed entries or communications caused by circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
SOCIAL-MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Locked In Escape Rooms LLC.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.
Information submitted as part of the Sweepstakes is being provided to Locked In Escape Rooms, not to those social-media platforms.
Participants release those platforms from claims arising from Sponsor’s administration of this Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the confirmed winner using their first name, last initial, and state of residence in connection with the announcement and administration of the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
For a winner who is a minor, Sponsor may obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making such an announcement where appropriate or required.
GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where another applicable law provides rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the extent legally permitted, disputes relating to this Sweepstakes will be handled in an appropriate court located in Muskegon County, Michigan.
SEVERABILITY
If any portion of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining portions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
OFFICIAL RULES CONTROL
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
If information in an advertisement, social-media post, email, landing page, or other promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by law.
These Rules will remain available on the Locked In Escape Rooms website throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
